Therma Recovery Waiver & Booking Policy

By booking a session with Therma Recovery, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Health Disclosure: You confirm that you do not have any medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses that may be aggravated by heat, cold, compression, or contrast therapy. You accept full responsibility for consulting a qualified medical professional before using our services.
Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our facilities, including but not limited to burns, dehydration, dizziness, allergic reactions, or injury from equipment misuse.
Release of Liability: You release Therma Recovery and its staff from all liability for any injury, loss, or damage (to person or property) arising directly or indirectly from your use of our services.
Conduct & Instructions: You agree to follow all staff instructions and posted guidelines. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.
Cancellations & No Shows: Cancellations require 6 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee or loss of session credit.
